WHOLESALE APPLICATION

Champion Studios is a custom designer and manufacturer of custom Holiday products and displays. Our standard product line is available for sale online, direct marketing and for resell through distributors and wholesale accounts.

To meet wholesale requirements, the purchaser of goods and services must adhere to these guidelines and terms below:

1.       Must resell all products direct to their customer. 

2.       Be responsible for all customer contacts,  handle all returns, refunds, exchanges and product questions.

3.       All designs and products are the property of Champion Studios LLC or one of its direct suppliers and are protected under copyright laws of the USA.

4.       Be responsible for all freight and handling charges.

5.       Adhere to all terms of sale and payment requirements.

6.       Maintain an active State Resale Certificate on file at Champion Studios LLC.

7.       Adhere to restocking fee of 15% for incorrect orders or cancellations of orders place for stock products.  Custom manufactured products ordered are non returnable for credit.

8.       Follow all assembly, installation and handling instructions to maintain product warranty.

9.       Submit credit applications and references as needed for evaluation and consideration of terms and discounts.
